- 10:00am – 12:00pm
- 2:00pm – 4:00pm
To keep each celebration special, Owlchemy hosts no more than two parties per Sunday. Reserve your preferred time in advance!
Suggested Party Flow

Want a little more time? Add 30 minutes to your private party for $100, subject to availability.
What You Bring
- Cake, cupcakes and/or dessert
- Any candles or cake toppers, plus a cake knife/server and a lighter
- Your choice of food/snacks; drinks for adults, including any cooler or ice needed
- Adult plates, cups, napkins, utensils, and any serving items needed
- Small decorations for the table and/or a wall banner (arrival up to 20 minutes before party time allowed)
- Goody bags or party favors, if desired
Food service note: Owlchemy cannot prepare, plate, cut, or serve food. Party adults are responsible for serving all food.
What We Handle
- Kids’ party table setup
- Choose from one of our available party colors: Light Pink, Hot Pink, Lavender, Purple, Light Blue, Royal Blue, Green, Red, Orange, or Black
- Your selected color is used for the tablecloth, dinner plates, and napkins
- White dessert plates and clear cups and utensils complete the setup

- Want a different color combination or themed tableware? You’re welcome to bring your own, and we’ll use it for your table setup.

One Less Thing to Think About
No tipping needed. Gratuities are not expected or accepted at Owlchemy. Your party price includes our help with setup, hosting, and cleanup, so you can simply enjoy the celebration.
Booking and Policies
- A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time.
- Parties must be booked at least three weeks in advance.
- Remaining balance is due upon arrival/check-in for your party.
- Party host is responsible for sharing the waiver link with guests in advance and reminding guests to bring socks. Grip socks are required for children; adults must also wear socks in the play space.
- Up to 20 children are included in the party price; additional children are $20 each, up to a maximum of 25 children.
- Additional adults are welcome, but please keep in mind that larger groups of adults will make the party space feel more crowded.
- Rescheduling:
- 31+ days out: no fee
- 11–30 days: $50 fee
- 10 days or fewer: not permitted
Existing reservations: Party inclusions offered at the time of booking will still be honored for parties reserved prior to August 17, 2026.
