1. Participation in Activities
All guests entering the Owlchemy facility must have a valid, executed Participant Waiver, Release, Assumption of Risk, Arbitration, and Indemnification Agreement on file.
Participation in activities at Owlchemy is voluntary and involves inherent risks. Your rights and obligations relating to participation, injury claims, assumption of risk, arbitration, and indemnification are governed exclusively by the executed Participant Waiver.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Participant Waiver, the Waiver controls with respect to participation-related matters.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirements
The website and online booking system are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By making a purchase or reservation, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into binding agreements.
Children may not create accounts or make purchases.
3. Electronic Communications & Signatures
By using this website, you consent to receive communications electronically.
You agree that all agreements, waivers, notices, disclosures, and communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Electronic signatures, including digital acknowledgments and checkbox confirmations, are legally binding.
4. Purchases, Bookings & Payment Policies
All bookings, admissions, classes, events, and party reservations are subject to availability.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing:
- All sales are final.
- Bookings are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling may be permitted at Owlchemy’s sole discretion.
- No refunds will be issued for rule violations, late arrivals, illness-related removals, or voluntary cancellations.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
5. Rules of Conduct
Guests must comply with all posted rules, policies, signage, and staff instructions.
Owlchemy reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest for:
- Unsafe behavior
- Rule violations
- Disruptive conduct
- Health concerns
- Failure to supervise children
No refund will be issued in such cases.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, graphics, branding, images, text, videos, and designs — is the property of Owlchemy Play Lab, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use this website for personal, non-commercial use only.
7. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party platforms for bookings, payments, communications, analytics, or marketing (including but not limited to payment processors and booking software).
We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, errors, data handling practices, or independent policies. Your use of those platforms may be governed by their own terms.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Owlchemy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of this website.
Participation-related liability is governed exclusively by the executed Participant Waiver.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Owlchemy Play Lab, LLC, its owners, members, managers, employees, affiliates, agents, and the property owner from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misuse of the website
- Your conduct at the facility
Participation-related indemnification is governed by the Participant Waiver.
11. Arbitration Agreement
Any disputes arising from website use, purchases, or services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the Federal Arbitration Act and the American Arbitration Association Consumer Arbitration Rules.
You waive the right to a jury trial and agree that disputes will be resolved individually, not as part of any class or representative action.
This arbitration provision survives termination of these Terms.
(Participation-related disputes are governed by the separate Arbitration Agreement contained in the Participant Waiver.)
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any court proceedings permitted under these Terms (including enforcement of arbitration awards) shall occur in Los Angeles County, California.
13. Force Majeure
Owlchemy shall not be liable for closures, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including mall closures, power outages, government orders, natural disasters, war, public health emergencies, or acts of God.
14. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
