What You Bring

  • Cake, cupcakes and/or dessert
  • Your choice of food/snacks; drinks for adults
  • Adult plates, cups, napkins, utensils, and serving items if needed
  • Small decorations for the table and/or small balloon clusters for the photo backdrop (arrival up to 15 minutes ahead of party time allowed)

Food service note: Owlchemy cannot prepare, plate, cut, or serve food. Party adults are responsible for serving all food.

What we handle

  • Setup for the kids’ party table
    • Solid color (your choice): tablecloths, kid cups, kid dinner plates, kid dessert plates, napkins, and clear utensils
  • Gift check-in
  • All cleanup after the party

Booking and Policies

  • A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time
  • Remaining balance is due at the end of your party
  • Party host sends the waiver link in advance and reminds guests to bring socks (grips for kids)!
  • Rescheduling:
    • 31+ days out: no fee
    • 11–30 days: $50 fee
    • 10 days or fewer: not permitted
  • Maximum guests: 20 children and 25 adults

Please note: Activity add-ons are built into the first 60 minutes of open play and do not extend the total party time.

  • Optional Extra Play Time — $100
    • Add 30 minutes of open play after your party. This time is for continued play only while our team begins cleanup and resets the party tables. Food, cake, gifts, and table use must be finished by the end of the scheduled 2-hour party time.
